Answer : Go to contact us section to send REG number or VIN / chassis number of the vehicle along with part required. We will contact you via email or phone to confirm the compatible part.
Question: What is the warranty period on parts for sale?
Answer: The warranty period differs from brand to brand and they do come with terms and conditions. Generally most brand offer 1 year warranty period with a condition that the part has been fitted by a mechanic in garage. Therefore please keep the receipt from garage as a confirmation.
Question: Do you sell OE parts or Aftermaket Parts?
Answer: We sell only aftermarket parts of different brands which are manufactured to match OE quality.
Question: Do you sell all type of car parts?
Answer: No, we sell only specifics products and all those product categories are visible on the home page.
Question: What is OE number?
Answer: It stands for original equipment number by the original manufacturer.
Question: Where can i find VIN / chassis framework of my vehicle?
Answer: This could be found on the windshield and the logbook of the vehicle. This could also be found on driver side door opening and on chassis of the vehicle.
Question: Will you send order tracked or untracked?
Answer: All orders are sent via tracked delivery. Once the order is shipped, we will send tracking information via email.
Question: Can you send the order without invoice?
Answer: Invoices are sent via email only.
Question: How to i View my order status?
Answer: You will receive a confirmation email once the order is dispatched.
Question: What is your shipping policy?
Answer: We aim to deliver UK orders in 2-5 working days and 5-8 working days for orders going to european countries.
Question: Do you offer international shipping?
Answer: We only sell car parts in european marketplace.
Question: Do you offer fast shipping?
Answer: We may offer fast shipping depending on the stock availability. E.g. Catalytic converters, DPF and exhaust connecting pipes could be delivered in 2 days in UK. We will confirm the delivery timeframe once you place an order.
Question: How long does it take to ship my order?
Answer: Generally the orders are shipped next working day. However in some instance it could take 2-3 working days.
Question: What payment method can i use to place an order?
Answer: You are able to make a payment via your bank card wither Debit or Credit or via PayPal. Other simplified payment method such as Apple Pay or Google Pay can be used at the time of check out.

Answer: We understand that the safety of your personal information is important to you, which is why we have taken steps to provide a safe and secure shopping experience.
Question: How my contact information be handled?
Answer: The contact information provided by the customer is used for the purpose of fulfilling the order and we do not pass this information to any other party not involved in fulfilling this order. So we only pass on the following details time i.e Name, Address including postcode and phone number
to either the supplier or to the delivery company to send the item for the purpose of delivering the order on time. Therefore by providing these details you agree that your details will be used for sending the item / items to fulfil our obligations to deliver the order.
Question: The part i purchased has gone faulty, How do i return for an exchange or refund?
Answer: If the part has gone faulty within 30 days of purchase, you are eligible for a refund as well as exchange. After 30days, we can only return the item for an exchange if proven to be faulty. Once the part purchased is out of warranty, we cannot accept a return.
Question: I changed my mind after purchase, Can i return my order?
Answer: Yes you can return your order within 30 days of purchase. Kindly send us an email with return request, We will provide you with a return number. Simply enclose order details and return number with your purchased item when posting.
Question: How long will it take for a refund to be issued?
Answer: It takes 2-3 working days to process a refund.
Question: Where will the refund money go?
Answer: To the original source of payment. E.g. if you paid via Debit card, it will go back to debit card.
Question: How will i know refund has been issued?
Answer: You will get an email confirmation of refund when the refund is processed. You can then check your payment account after 5 working days.
Question: I bought a a wrong part, Can i exchange with right one?
Answer: Yes you can exchange the part within 30 days of purchase only if the part has not been used. If the part is found to be in used condition, it could be refused exchange and will be sent back.
